ONE-DAY MENTAL HEALTH RETREATS
In the picturesque California Central Coast, I offer single-day mental health retreats to help you get over whatever is holding you back. Are you frozen in your fear, grief, or anger over something that has happened in your life? Now is the time to get over it and start living life like you should be.
We dive deep into a guided self-help process that gives you the tools to continue your recovery long after the single-day retreat. In this eight-hour retreat, you’ll make significant progress in your recovery, whether it is you getting over a relationship break-up, the death of a family member, addiction or abuse, or even personal low self-esteem or depression. Let’s work together to help you process what is hurting you most.



We get together in a small group in a central coast hotel meeting space in the picturesque communities of Avila Beach or Paso Robles. You are provided with all the tools you’ll need (just bring yourself), along with a nutritious lunch in the middle of the sessions. This is like 8 individual therapy sessions scheduled all in a single day. Plus, you leave with the additional tools you need to continue your progress.

The average person likely does not require, have access to, or want traditional therapy. Mental health coaching is different from traditional therapy. I understand there are clients who may benefit from more traditional psychological and medical attention and recommend such if needed. I do not offer the traditional therapy you would receive from an MTF or psychologist. I have the full respect for and acknowledge the need for MFTs, psychologists, and medical professionals as aids to health and healing. I work with my clients in an approachable way, and together we determine their needs for healing, including whether additional professional attention is needed. If I believe you could benefit from a traditional therapist or other specialist, I will recommend one for you through the course of our sessions.
